Contract between QC Conveyors LLC and the User
  1. Use of QC Conveyors LLC data The QC Conveyors LLC 3D, 2D CAD Models, Exploded Views and Specification Sheets are copyrighted. The material within may not be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated, or reduced to any electronic medium or machine readable form in whole or in part to be distributed outside of the authorized recipient or company without the prior written consent of QC Conveyors LLC.
  2. Use of Customer's Data, Privacy, and Data Protection Subject to your right to withdrawal your consent you agree that we may utilize your data for certain purposes including improving the website experience, marketing purposes and for administration and other lawful purposes. Your personal information, as described under the Data Protection Act of 1998, will not be sold to any outside agencies for the purpose of marketing to you directly.
  3. Guarantee QC Conveyors LLC makes no representations, expressed or otherwise, that the 3D, 2D CAD Models, Exploded Views and Specification Sheets or the information they contain is merchantable or fit for a particular purpose. QC Conveyors LLC does not warrant that your use of the 3D, 2D CAD Models, Exploded Views and Specification Sheets will be error-free or that you will obtain satisfactory results.
  4. Liability The use of the 3D, 2D CAD Models, Exploded Views and Specification Sheets, free of charge, is granted on good faith and at the Customer's own risk. No liability will be assumed for damages caused by the use of data provided.
  5. Use Restrictions and Safety Due to a wide variety of drive set-ups and applications, point of installation guarding is the responsibility of the end user.
